Services included:

• Assessment of scratches with regard to a possible repair.
• Non-repairable damage such as sparks, stone chips or inclusions are also listed.
• Assessment of the condition of the glasses with regard to age, appearance, etc. 
• Specification of the probable cause of the damage (improper cleaning, construction, ...)
• Assessment repairable - conditionally repairable - not repairable.
